What's the best way to place an order?

How do I place an order online?
You will need to register your details on our website and then simply add the products you want to the basket, checkout and pay for your items. Click here for step by step instructions on how to place an order.
I am an existing customer but my password doesn't work/I have forgotten my password.
Click on "forgotten password", you will receive an email with a temporary password, copy and then paste this password to log into your account on our website. Once logged in, go to "my account" to change your password to something more memorable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Paypal.
Are my online credit/debit card payments safe?
To complete a transaction you will be redirected to a secure payment site............After making your payment you will be returned to our shop.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to despatch orders received by 3pm the same working day.
Do you ship to countries outside of the UK?

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package and the destination.
What sizes are your fabric cuts?
All fabrics are measured in metric which is slightly larger than the imperial lengths.
Fat 1/8 - 25x55cm, Fat 1/4 - 50x55cm, 1/2m - 50x110cm, 1m - 100x110cm
What is the minimum cut length order?
It is a half metre.
In what units do you sell?
Our cut length service, we offer 1/2 metre and 1 metre lengths, if ordered in multiples, whenever possible, we send in one continuous length.
Can I order samples?
