'Super Trendy' Seminole Patchwork

Tasked with making a a seminole patchwork cushion for her City and Guilds project, Karen Stringer turned to Oakshott. The design had to be modern and up-to-date as it was destined for her daughter who 'doesn't like patchwork'. (No, we can't quite believe it either.)

Karen's design inspiration came from Cheryl Greider Bradkin's book, 'Basic Seminole Patchwork' (Design 52). When it came to colour, Karen found our Colourshotts and Scandinavias provided just the array she needed to match her daughter's living room colour scheme.

And the response?

Ah wow, I love it - super trendy!

'Job done' says Karen!
