While most of us were relaxing over the Easter break, Michael headed for the wilds of Norfolk. There, in the tranquillity of the Broadlands, under clear, open skies, he met up with two of our best-loved designers, Helen Howes and Helen Butcher.

The purpose of the visit? It turns out that the natural surroundings of this beautiful, unspoiled corner of England, provide the perfect spot for incubating creative ideas.
