Flatware by Krista Hennebury

Flatware - fast, fun and minimalist

Krista Hennebury of Poppyprint made this wonderful graphic design as a wedding gift for a hip, young urban couple living in Toronto. (Lucky couple, we say!)

Being a wedding gift (and a flat one), she chose a fun black and white print of flatware utensils for the backing and named the quilt Flatware.

The design is based on a pattern called Ice Cream and Dominoes by Canadian designer Suzanne Paquette (@the_milliner). Krista's version used a Fat 8ths Pack of our Scandinavias plus Black, White Marble, Vintage Silver and Charcoal from the Colourshott range. She adds:

It finished at 50" x 80" - the perfect size for two on the couch!
